About the Project
During the pandemic, people learned how to work from home and began to search for the benefits of a comfortable and balanced life between nature and the city. We saw this trend as an interesting opportunity to resurrect the ancient settlement of Elija.
Our vision was to develop a beautiful, functional and environmentally friendly coastal settlement with everything you could possibly need for comfortable living at the seaside. Here, we intend to open shops, offices, restaurants, a hotel, a SPA and a water park. “Vilson Apartments” is the first stage of a large and exciting project “Elija”.
